Cured Catering operates out of the former MacMurray College campus in Jacksonville, Illinois. Owner Brian Reilly is a former student of MacMurray and has served on the alumni board for MacMurray College for several years.
While continuing offsite catering operations in Springfield and the surrounding area, the Reilly’s will also be managing McClelland Dining Hall and Annie Merner Chapel. They will have venue space available at both locations. Plans for these locations may include an outdoor patio event space and on-location Airbnb rental for wedding parties and event planners in the future.
