WHAT DO YOUR PRICES INCLUDE?

A typical event includes eco-friendly and disposable plates, silverware, napkins and cups, if beverages are to be included. Solid plate and silverware rental rates can be negotiated.
DO YOU HAVE A MINIMUM ORDER?

Yes, all pricing is per person and are based on a minimum of 40 people.
WHAT ABOUT SERVICE CHARGE AND TAX?

Cured Catering charges an industry standard service charge of 20%. This includes setup and staffing by one or more service professionals for up to two hours. Additional staffing or time may involve a surcharge, as well as travel outside the Springfield area. A 9.75% tax will be added for events in the city of Springfield. Please let us know in advance if your business is tax-exempt. Gratuity is not factored in but is welcome and goes directly to the staff working your event.
DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT?

Billing arrangements for all events must be made in accordance with policies, unless otherwise negotiated a 25% estimated non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking. Balance payment must be paid in full prior to service unless otherwise specified and arranged. We accept cash, check or credit/ debit cards. If the client cancels a contracted event, Cured Catering will retain the deposit fee as liquidated damages. In some special circumstances, deposit for cancelled events may be held for up to eighteen months, to be put towards another catering event booked with Cured Catering. Future events must be booked in the same manner, adhering to newly signed contract. In the case of a significantly reduced party count, the deposit amount (25%,) cannot exceed 50% of the total bill. Any any amount over 50% of the final bill will be charged as a number reduction penalty. For instance, if you book an event for 100 guests and your total proposed and contracted bill is $5,000, your deposit will be 25%, or $1250. If that count drops to 40 people, the new total will be $1750 but only half of that, $875, can be applied from the deposit to the final balance. The other $375 will be charged as a number reduction penalty.
WHEN DO I NEED TO GET FINAL NUMBERS FOR MY EVENT?

We require a final number count 10 days before your event.

Cured Catering – To-Go Program Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Cured Catering’s To-Go Program! By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before submitting your order. 

  1. Service Availability 
    • Our To-Go service is available Monday through Saturday, from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM. 
    • Pickup only: We do not offer delivery at this time. All orders must be picked up at our designated location. 10076 Old Rt 36 Dawson, IL 62520 
  2. Order Notice Requirement 
    • We require at least 48 hours' notice for all orders. 
    • This window allows us to prepare your order from scratch and ensure the highest quality. 
    • Orders submitted with less than 48 hours' notice may not be accepted. 
  3. Order Confirmation 
    • All orders are considered confirmed only after:
      • Receipt of full payment 
      • Confirmation email or message from a Cured Catering representative. 
    • Please verify your order details upon confirmation. Changes may not be possible within 48 hours of pickup. 
  4. Payment 
    • Payment is due in full at the time of order. 
    • Accepted payment methods: credit/debit card through our online payment system 
  5. Cancellations & Refunds 
    • Orders canceled more than 48 hours in advance may be eligible for a refund. 
    • Orders canceled within 48 hours of pickup are non-refundable, as ingredients and preparations have already begun. 
    • No-shows will not be refunded. 
  6. Food Handling & Pickup 
    • Please arrive promptly during your scheduled pickup window. 
    • Cured Catering is not responsible for the condition of food once it leaves our premises. Please store and handle items safely according to food safety guidelines. 
  7. Allergies & Dietary Restrictions 
    • Our kitchen uses dairy, gluten, and other common allergens. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee allergen-free meals. 
    • Please notify us of any dietary restrictions at the time of order. 
  8. Changes to Terms
    • Cured Catering reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website or provided upon request.
